T-0 in ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor

Good to know
- Calendar tools work once Google Calendar is connected in the T-0 app.
- Tasks and notes can't be deleted from an assistant; it can archive tasks. Password-protected notes and encrypted text stay in the app, and photos, audio and files are described, not shown.
- Assistant access is rolling out. If yours says T-0 isn't available for your account yet, it will be soon.
- Your plan's limits apply as they do in the app. Disconnect at any time in the assistant's settings.
