Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. About These Terms
T-0 is operated by Fibrewise Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, help@fwise.co.uk) ("we", "us").
These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account, buying anything, or using T-0 on the web, in our iPhone app or through an AI assistant you connect to it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use T-0.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use T-0, and at least 18 or have the permission of a parent or guardian to buy anything.
One account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use T-0 for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to infringe anyone's rights
- Access or try to access any part of T-0 or any account without authorisation
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, copy, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass the limits of T-0 or its AI features
- Upload malicious content or code
- Create multiple accounts or use other means to obtain more free trials or credits
- Resell or share access to T-0, use it to build a competing product, or access it by automated means other than the tools we provide
We decide, acting reasonably, whether use breaches this section.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you put into T-0. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, adapt and display your content as needed to operate, provide, secure and improve T-0, including through our service providers. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.
You are solely responsible for your content and for keeping your own copies of it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
5. Our Service and AI Features
T-0, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it in line with these terms.
AI features are provided with the help of third-party AI providers. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate and is not professional advice. You are solely responsible for checking AI output before relying on it, and for any action the assistant or a connected AI assistant takes at your request, such as creating, changing or deleting tasks, notes or calendar events.
We may change, add, limit or remove features, AI models, providers and usage limits at any time.
6. Plans, Trials and Payment
Free trial. A free trial is available once per person. Its length, and the credits and storage it includes, are shown before you start it. A payment card is required on the web. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically becomes a paid Pro subscription at the price shown when you started it. We may refuse, limit or end any trial, including for an account, email address, device or payment method that has had one.
Subscriptions. Pro and storage add-ons are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorise us, or Apple, to charge your payment method at each renewal. The total price, including any tax we must charge, is shown before you buy.
Where you pay. Web purchases are processed by Stripe and managed under Billing in your account. iPhone purchases are made from Apple through the App Store and managed in your Apple account settings.
Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Deleting your account stops a web subscription from renewing; it does not cancel an App Store subscription, which you must cancel with Apple.
Price changes. We may change our prices and what each plan includes at any time. A new price applies from your next billing period after we tell you about it; if you do not cancel before then, you accept it. App Store price changes follow Apple's rules.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we or Apple may retry it, and we may suspend or end your plan until it is paid. You remain responsible for any amount you owe.
7. Credits and Storage
Credits are used for AI features such as the voice assistant, transcription and summaries. We set, and may change at any time, how many credits each feature uses.
Pro adds credits to your balance every month. Unused credits roll over, and purchased credit packs work the same way. Credits can only be used while you have an active trial or plan. Unused trial credits are removed if the trial ends without a paid subscription.
Credits are a limited, revocable licence to use AI features. They are not money or property, have no cash value, and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged, except where the law requires. We may remove credits that were added by mistake, obtained through fraud or a breach of these terms, or paid for with a payment that is refunded or reversed. All credits are lost, without compensation, when your account is closed.
Your plan includes a storage allowance, and you can buy more as an add-on. If you exceed your allowance, you may not be able to upload more until you free up space or buy more.
8. Payments Are Final
All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partly used billing periods and unused credits or storage, except where the law requires otherwise. Any refund we choose to give is a one-off goodwill gesture and does not oblige us to give another.
App Store purchases. Apple is the seller of all purchases in the iPhone app. Any request about an App Store payment must be made to Apple under Apple's terms; we cannot refund App Store purchases.
Statutory right to cancel web purchases. If you buy as a consumer, the law gives you a right to cancel a web purchase within 14 days of the contract being made (for a subscription that starts with a free trial, when the trial starts), subject to the following:
- Credit packs. When you buy a pack, you ask us to add the credits to your balance straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once they are added. Credit packs therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once the credits are added.
- Subscriptions. When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing the service straight away. If you cancel within the 14 days, you must pay for what we supplied up to the time you told us, including the full value of all credits you used, which may equal the full amount you paid. Your subscription ends immediately and we may remove its credits.
To cancel, email help@fwise.co.uk a clear statement of your decision within the 14 days, from the email address on your account.
Chargebacks. If you dispute or reverse a payment with your bank, we may suspend or close your account and remove any credits bought with that payment. You remain responsible for any amount you owe.
9. When a Plan Ends
When your trial or plan ends, your account becomes read-only: you can view, export and delete your content, but you cannot create, edit or upload content or use AI features until you subscribe again.
10. Third-Party Services
Some features connect to services we do not control, such as Google Calendar or an AI assistant you connect to T-0. You use them at your own risk and under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict any feature, immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe that you have broken these terms, used T-0 fraudulently or abusively, or exposed us, T-0 or other users to risk or legal liability, or if the law requires it. We may also close any account, or discontinue T-0 in whole or in part, for any other reason by giving reasonable notice.
You can stop using T-0 and delete your account at any time.
12. No Guarantees
We make reasonable efforts to keep T-0 running, secure and up to date. Beyond that, T-0 is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent the law allows we give no guarantees, warranties or promises of any kind. In particular, we do not guarantee that:
- T-0 will be available, uninterrupted, fast or free of errors
- Your content and data will be safe or secure, or protected from loss, corruption or unauthorised access
- Your content and data will be stored or processed in any particular country
- Backups will exist, or that lost content can be recovered
- AI output, transcripts, summaries, reminders, notifications or calendar sync will be accurate, complete or on time
- T-0 will work with any particular device, browser or third-party service
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss
- We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by outages, delays or errors; by the loss or corruption of, or unauthorised access to, your content or data, including through a security incident or a failure of one of our service providers; by AI output or actions taken at your request; by missed or late reminders or notifications; by third-party services; or by events outside our reasonable control
- Our total liability to you for all claims relating to T-0 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
If you use T-0 for business purposes, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your breach of these terms or your misuse of T-0.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms at any time. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using T-0 and cancel your plan; continuing to use T-0 means you accept it.
16. App Store Terms
If you use our iPhone app, these terms are between you and Fibrewise Ltd, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
17. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation; you may not transfer yours without our written consent. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about T-0. Apart from Apple under section 16, no one else has any rights under them.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
