1. Who We Are
T-0 is operated by Fibrewise Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, which is the controller of your personal data.
Registered address: 86–90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE
Contact email: help@fwise.co.uk
2. Data We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details, including when you sign in with Google.
- Your content: tasks, notes, tags, attachments, audio recordings and their transcripts, and anything else you create in T-0.
- Assistant activity: what you say to the voice assistant, its replies, and actions taken through it or through an AI assistant you connect to T-0.
- Google Calendar data: only if you connect Google Calendar. See section 3.
- Billing information: your plans, purchases, credit balance and usage, and the billing name, address and country needed for tax. Card details are handled by Stripe or Apple and never reach us.
- Communications: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser details, logs, and how you use T-0.
You must give us your account information to use T-0. Everything else is up to you, but some features will not work without it.
3. Google Calendar Data
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you connect it, you grant T-0 access to:
- Your calendar list (
calendar.calendarlist.readonly): the names, colours and time zones of your calendars, so you can choose which ones to show and which one new events go into. - Events on your calendars (
calendar.events): to show your events next to your tasks, and to create, change or delete events when you do so in the app or ask the voice assistant or a connected AI assistant to.
How we use it. Only to provide these features to you: displaying your calendar, editing events at your request, and keeping the view up to date when events change in Google. We do not use Google data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
What we store. Your Google access tokens, encrypted; your calendar list; and your display preferences. We do not store your events in our database: the app loads them from Google each time they are shown. If you ask the voice assistant about your events, the details it reads are kept in your assistant conversation history.
Who we share it with. When you use the voice assistant, the event details needed to answer you are sent to the AI provider running your session (OpenAI, Google Gemini or ElevenLabs), only to produce that response. These providers do not use this data to train their models. If you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to your T-0 account, it can see your calendars and events and create, change or delete events when you ask it to; the details it reads go to that assistant's provider, at your request, under their own privacy policy. We do not share Google data with anyone else, except where required by law.
Human access. No one at T-0 reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.
Removing access. Choose Disconnect in the app's calendar settings, or remove T-0 at Google Account permissions. Disconnecting in the app, or deleting your T-0 account, revokes our access and deletes your stored tokens, calendar list and preferences.
T-0's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use Your Data and Why
- To provide T-0 under our contract with you: running your account and its features, including AI features; storing and syncing your content; processing payments and managing your plan and credits; and sending you service and billing messages.
- For our legitimate interests: keeping T-0 secure; preventing fraud and abuse, including repeat free trials; enforcing our terms; establishing and defending legal claims; understanding how T-0 is used so we can maintain and improve it; and sending you product updates where the law allows. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time.
- To comply with the law: including tax and accounting obligations and lawful requests from authorities.
- With your consent: for optional features such as connecting Google Calendar or an AI assistant. You can withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting.
5. Who We Share Data With
- Service providers who process data for us to run T-0, such as providers of hosting, databases and file storage (Convex, Cloudflare, Vercel), sign-in (Clerk), AI and transcription (such as OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter and AssemblyAI), payments (Stripe, Apple and RevenueCat), email (Loops) and security (Upstash).
- AI assistants you connect, for the content they read or change at your request, under their own privacy policies.
- Professional advisers, authorities and others where needed to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
We and our service providers may store and process your data in the UK, the United States or any other country where they operate, and we do not guarantee where it is stored. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law allows, such as adequacy regulations or standard data protection clauses. Contact us for details.
6. How Long We Keep Data
We keep your data while your account exists, and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements. In particular:
- Your assistant conversation history keeps your most recent 1,000 messages.
- When you delete your account, we delete your content, conversation history and calendar connection. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
- We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.
- If your account ever had a free trial or a subscription, we keep a one-way code made from your email address (not the address itself) for up to 3 years, so the same address cannot start another free trial.
7. Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect your data and to keep our systems up to date. No system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee the security, integrity or availability of your data, or that it will never be lost or accessed without authorisation.
8. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
These rights have conditions and exceptions set by law. To exercise them, email help@fwise.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity, and we may refuse requests, or charge a reasonable fee for them, where the law allows.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9. Children
T-0 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The updated policy applies from the date shown at the top. Where the law requires, we will tell you about significant changes.
11. Contact
